    spacious room

    huge pool
    lacked variety
    no fresh options

i had a wonderful stay at this hotel during our christmas party. the room exceeded my expectations with a spacious layout and a private terrace overlooking well-kept gardens. the huge pool and beautiful grounds provided a relaxing atmosphere after exploring the nearby medieval city.

    breakfast lacked variety.

    Couple's getaway, solid experience

The staff were friendly and helped us with anything we needed. The dining experience we had was quite memorable with fresh, homemade food.

It wasn’t cheap but still acceptable.

    rude staff
    cold pool

the breakfast was an absoluteley unremarkable experience, with no local dishes to indulge in. the pool being closed was a travesty, given the warm weather. i can't believe i wasn’t even offered a complimentary gesture for my troubles—it’s like they forgot i deserved special treatment. i almost left a good review but just couldn’t.

great location but dining needs improvement

The room was spacious and had everything I could want. I enjoyed the nice garden area with inviting pool facilities. Breakfast offered a solid selection of pastries and cheeses, and I loved the range of complimentary drinks available in the room.

The dining experience didn't meet my expectations.

    good location
    attractive pool
    varied beverages
    poor service
    room temperature

The location is perfect, a quick walk to the Medieval City. The room was spacious and had everything needed for a comfortable stay. It faced the gardens and pool, which offered a lovely view. I appreciated the wide range of teas and complimentary drinks available in the room. The pool area was clean and inviting, perfect after a long day of exploring. Breakfast had a decent selection, but it could include more local specialities to enhance the experience. Dinner was good, but I noticed a few missed opportunities with the service. Some staff seemed inexperienced, leading to confusion with menu items and the ordering process. The air conditioning in the room didn’t perform consistently. it felt warmer than the advertised 22°C.

    privilege room
    comprehensive breakfast
    garden view
    cramped room

The Privilege Double Room had an enormous bathroom equipped with both a bath and shower, perfect for unwinding after a day of exploring. The comprehensive breakfast spread included a solid selection of pastries, cheeses, and hot options, served in a pleasant dining space that offered outdoor seating.

Several features were less than ideal, such as the ground-floor Standard Twin Room being cramped, lacking space for a table, making relaxing difficult. the garden and pool area were devoid of adequate shade options, which left sunbathers exposed during peak hours, a particular annoyance in warm weather. Paper cups instead of glass created an impression of cheapness that stood out against otherwise nice decor.

the room was super comfy and the pool was nice and clean. we really loved the gardens, it was a chill place to relax. also, its location is perfect, just a short walk to the medieval city and very quiet. the staff were friendly and helped us with anything we needed.

but the entrance to the parking lot was hard to find, and the breakfast could be better with more local dishes.
